Dr. David Schnare, Executive Director of the Thomas Jefferson Institute’s Center for Environmental Stewardship, will address the 2010 Virginia Industry Environmental Conference, being held on September 16-17 at the Westin Richmond.

Featured speakers for the two-day session include Schnare, DCR Director David A. Johnson, Virginia DEQ Director David Paylor, EPA Region III Administrator Shawn Garvin, and Ted Narozny, of Lipton, who has achieved zero-landfil status at his Suffolk plan. Virginia Secretary of Natural Resources Doug Domenech will speak at a reception to be held on September 16.
