In the first round of legal maneuverings against President Obama’s health care law, Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has gained the upper hand. But the lawsuit is about more than just the health care law — its about the role of government and the constitutional limitations placed on it. Attorney General Cuccinelli is proving to be a focused and well-versed defender of the U.S. Constitution and someone who has gained a great deal of respect as a legal scholar, taking center stage in one of the most important legal debates of the generation, if not in the history of our nation.
